The box was badly packaged and was smashed in when it arrived. Talked to Aus Post and they explained they would not refund for damages as it was the distributor’s fault as they had improperly packaged the order for such a delicate item. I attempted to call Hamish + Grace multiple times but no one picked up. I also sent an email through their contact services and no one got back to me. Very disappointing as this was a gift, and frustrated by the lack of responsibility. Completely unusable, will not be buying again.
